    Branden is a Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania graduate with a Master's Degree in Excercise Science. Upon completion, he moved to Stuart, Florida and began his career with Topper Fitness. Over the past 9 years, Branden has developed his skills working with collegiate athletes, geriatrics, and post-rehabilitation patients. His knowledge of human physiology and mechanics enable him to create a safe and effective exercise program designed for each individual’s needs.

    Jennifer has been part of the Topper Fitness family for the past 12 years. Fitness has always been a natural part of her life - whether she’s working out in the gym, playing tennis, riding her bike, walking her dog, or even tackling yard work, she brings the same energy and enthusiasm to everything she does.

    Known as the friendly motivator, she brings a positive, high-energy approach to every session. Clients say her upbeat attitude and infectious energy make workouts something they look forward to, not dread. For those who are new or returning to fitness, she takes a calm and patient approach, creating a comfortable, supportive environment where you can build confidence step by step. Her philosophy is simple: fitness should be fun, motivating, and practical.

    Master Trainer

    A lifelong athlete, June comes to us from New York where she ran a successful personal training business for over 25 years. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge, training clients of all demographics from highschool athletes to aging seniors. Additionally, she has extensive experience training clients with multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, as well as post-rehabilitation.

    An accomplished endurance athlete, June has completed several marathons and ironman 70.3 triathalons. This year she will compete in her first full ironman 140.6 triathalon.on goes here

    Master Trainer

    Diane grew up on Long Island, New York where she began her professional career as a special education teacher. She later moved to Palm Beach Gardens, Florida to start her own tutoring business and is now retired in Hobe Sound, Florida. Diane has decades of experience in fitness and human movement. She is passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, build lasting strength, and move with confidence. Her mission is to help her clients achieve lifelong wellness by making movement accessible and empowering. In her free time, Diane enjoys lifting weights, tutoring, and all outdoor activities

  • Marcia Haynes

    ARNP, Master Trainer

    Marcia earned her Masters degree as a Nurse Practitioner from Barry University in Miami, Florida.  Having experienced first hand the dramatic life-changing results living a healthy lifestyle can offer she was inspired to pursue a career in health and fitness. What began as a hobby quickly became a way of life and for 25 years she has had the privilege of inspiring others to overcome personal challenges, assisting many of her clients in setting goals toward living a happy healthy life. Marcia has competed in multiple sprint triathlons; her most challenging goal mentally and physically was training for and taking on the challenge to climb Mt. Ranier.

    Emily is a NASM certified personal trainer with a bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Science from Florida State University. Inspired by the mental clarity, confidence, and physical change she experienced through her own fitness journey, Emily draws on that understanding to help her clients feel stronger, move better, and enjoy the process. She has a motivating, goal-oriented coaching style, and emphasizes sustainable progress using fundamental physiological principles. When she’s not training, you'll find her running, out on the water, playing pickleball, or golfing with friends.

    Michael is a NASM certified personal trainer currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. A lifelong love for sports has shaped his passion for movement, performance, and overall wellness- fueling his commitment to helping others reach their highest potential.

    Driven by a genuine desire to support and inspire, Michael is dedicated to guiding each client toward moving, performing, and feeling like the best version of themselves.
